Business Development Executive Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a BDE, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
➢ Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
➢ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
➢ Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
➢ Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential new markets.
➢ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies.
➢ Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
➢ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
➢ Track and report on sales performance metrics.
➢ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:
➢ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
➢ Proven 1 year experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
➢ Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
➢ Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
➢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
